Rize Yanımda Terms of Service Last Updated: October 10, 2026

These Terms govern the relationship between Rize Yanımda ("App") and Abdulkadir ER ("we"). By downloading or using the App you accept these Terms.

1. The Service

The App provides places to visit, events, news, local tradespeople and job listings in Rize, plus city guide information such as on-duty pharmacies, transit lines, taxi stands and public offices. Users can review, rate and add photos to places and tradespeople. The App is free.

2. No Affiliation with Authorities

The App is an independent city guide. It is not affiliated with, partnered with or endorsed by the Governorship of Rize, Rize Municipality, district municipalities, the chamber of pharmacists or any public authority.

3. Accuracy of Information

We try to keep pharmacies on duty, transit times, contact details and event dates up to date, but they may change or be incomplete or wrong. Verify important information (especially urgent health needs and travel plans) with official sources. In an emergency call 112. Some place and office data comes from OpenStreetMap contributors (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL).

4. Tradespeople and Job Listings

Listings are for information only. Any discussion, agreement or payment with a tradesperson or employer is solely between you and them; we are not a party and do not guarantee quality, price or outcome. A "Verified" badge only means the contact details were checked.

5. Account

No account is needed to browse. Reviews, ratings, photos and favorites require signing in with Google, Apple or email. You are responsible for your account's security. You can delete your account at any time in the App (Account and Data Deletion).

The App is not directed at children under 13.

6. Reviews and User Content

Your reviews, ratings and photos are published publicly with your display name and profile photo. You are responsible for what you post. You agree not to post: • Insults, threats, hate speech, obscene or violent content • False, misleading or incentivized (fake) reviews • Other people's personal information (phone, address, faces, plates, etc.) • Ads, spam or off-topic content • Photos you do not own or have no right to share

By posting, you grant us a free, non-exclusive license to display your content in the App. You can flag inappropriate content with "Report". We may hide or remove content that breaks these rules without notice and close accounts for repeated violations.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to scrape the App's data with automated tools, overload our servers, attempt to bypass security, or reverse-engineer the App.

8. Intellectual Property

The App's software, design and original content belong to us or our licensors. Third-party data (e.g. OpenStreetMap) is subject to its own license.

9. Changes to the Service

We may change, improve or remove features.

10. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from outdated information, user content, or your dealings with third parties (tradespeople, employers, etc.). Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts have jurisdiction.
