PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE APP. BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THIS APP, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

By downloading, installing, or using Location Simulator – Mock GPS ("the App"), you ("the User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using this App, you confirm that: • You are at least 18 years old, or at least 13 years old with parental or guardian consent • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement • You have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms in their entirety • You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations • You understand the technical nature and consequences of GPS mock location functionality

2. Nature of the App This App is a developer tool that uses the built-in Mock Location API, part of Android's Developer Options. The App: • Does not root, jailbreak, or modify your device's operating system • Does not bypass any security mechanisms beyond using the officially provided Android Developer API • Requires the user to manually enable Developer Options and select this app as the mock location provider • Operates entirely within the boundaries of Android's officially documented developer tools

3. Scope of Use and Restrictions

A. Permitted Uses: • Testing and debugging location-based applications you develop • Quality assurance and software testing • Educational purposes related to understanding GPS technology and location services • Protecting your personal location privacy • Other lawful purposes consistent with the App's design as a developer tool

B. Prohibited Uses: You expressly agree NOT to use this App for: • Cheating in games (including but not limited to Pokémon GO, Ingress, Wizards Unite, or any location-based game) • Any form of fraudulent activity or deceiving service providers • Violating the terms of service of any application, platform, or service • Stalking, harassment, intimidation, or any form of illegal surveillance • Circumventing geographic restrictions for content piracy or unauthorized access • Any activity that violates local, national, or international laws or regulations • Manipulating delivery, logistics, or ride-sharing apps for fraudulent purposes • Creating false alibis, location evidence, or proof of presence • Deceiving employers, insurers, or any party relying on location verification • Interfering with emergency services or location-based safety systems • Any use that could cause harm to third parties

C. Compliance Responsibility: • The responsibility for determining whether your intended use complies with all applicable laws and third-party terms of service rests solely and exclusively with you • The developer does not and cannot monitor how you use mock locations • The availability of this App does not constitute permission or endorsement to use it in any prohibited manner

4. Developer Mode Requirement This app requires enabling Android Developer Options and granting "Mock Location" permission to this App. By enabling these settings: • You acknowledge that you fully understand the technical implications of enabling mock locations • You assume full and exclusive responsibility for all effects of mock locations on other apps, services, and systems on your device • You understand that mock locations will affect ALL location-dependent apps on your device while active • You agree to disable mock locations when not actively testing or developing • You understand that you are responsible for properly configuring and removing these settings

5. Disclaimer of Warranties THIS APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE DEVELOPER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: • IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT • WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF SIMULATED COORDINATES • WARRANTIES OF COMPATIBILITY WITH ALL APPS, DEVICES, OR ANDROID VERSIONS • WARRANTIES THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE • WARRANTIES THAT MOCK LOCATIONS WILL NOT BE DETECTED BY OTHER APPS • WARRANTIES REGARDING THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE APP

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, warranties are limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• THE DEVELOPER (ABDULKADIR ER), ITS AFFILIATES, OR CONTRIBUTORS SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF THIS APP • THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO ACCOUNT BANS, SERVICE SUSPENSIONS, DATA LOSS, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REPUTATION, DEVICE DAMAGE, LEGAL PROCEEDINGS, FINES, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND • THE DEVELOPER'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP (WHICH IS ZERO FOR THE FREE VERSION) • YOU USE THIS APP ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK AND ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL CONSEQUENCES • THE DEVELOPER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACTIONS TAKEN BY THIRD-PARTY APPS, PLATFORMS, OR SERVICES IN RESPONSE TO DETECTED MOCK LOCATIONS • THE DEVELOPER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CHANGES IN THE ANDROID OPERATING SYSTEM THAT MAY AFFECT MOCK LOCATION FUNCTIONALITY

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain damages. In such jurisdictions, the developer's liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

7. Assumption of Risk You expressly acknowledge and agree that: • The use of mock location technology carries inherent risks including but not limited to detection by other apps, account penalties, and service restrictions • You have independently evaluated these risks and chosen to use the App with full knowledge thereof • No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from the developer shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms • You are exclusively responsible for all consequences arising from your use of the App

8. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developer (Abdulkadir ER) and its affiliates, partners, officers, agents, and contributors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from or related to: • Your use or misuse of the App • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any third-party rights, terms of service, or laws • Your violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation • Claims from third parties related to your use of mock locations • Disputes between you and any third-party app, platform, or service provider

9. Intellectual Property • The App, including its source code, design, user interface, graphics, and original content, is the exclusive property of Abdulkadir ER and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purposes in accordance with these Terms • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the App • All trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed in the App are the property of their respective owners

10. Termination • The developer reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms • Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease • The sections regarding Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law shall survive termination

11. Severability If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, KVKK Disclosure Notice, Consent Declaration, and Acceptable Use Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the developer regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.

13. No Waiver The developer's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by the developer.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey • Disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey • Before initiating any legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation for at least 30 days
