Refund Policy

Map Tools: Fake GPS & Tracker Refund and Cancellation Policy Last Updated: August 2, 2026

1. Free Use and Paid Tiers The App is free to download and its core features can be used free of charge. Some features are locked to a paid (premium) tier, and the free tier applies a daily usage limit (quota) to certain features. The App shows no ads.

The paid tier is offered under three plans: • Monthly subscription — renews automatically • Annual subscription — renews automatically • Lifetime access — a one-time purchase; it is not a subscription and does not renew

All purchases are made through Google Play. The developer operates no payment channel that collects money directly.

2. Subscriptions (Monthly / Annual)

A. Subscription Management • Subscriptions are managed through Google Play Store • Billing occurs at the frequency you select (monthly/annual) • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date

B. Cancellation • You may cancel at any time via Google Play Store > Subscriptions • Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period • Cancellation does not mean an automatic refund for past periods • Deleting the app does NOT automatically CANCEL active subscriptions

3. Lifetime Access (One-Time Purchase) Lifetime access is a one-time in-app purchase, not a subscription. There is therefore no renewal period to cancel, and its refund regime differs from that of subscriptions: requests are assessed under Google Play's refund rules that apply to one-time purchases. Lifetime access is tied to the Google account it was purchased with and can be restored on devices signed in with that account.

4. Refund Requests • All refund requests — whether for a subscription or a lifetime purchase — are processed under Google Play Store policies • Submit refund requests through Google Play purchase history • Refunds are entirely at Google's discretion • The developer cannot process direct refunds outside of Google Play • If you believe an issue is technical, contacting us before requesting a refund may speed things up

5. Non-Refundable Situations Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for: • Consequences arising from your use of mock locations in third-party apps (including but not limited to account bans, suspensions, or restrictions) • Dissatisfaction with mock location functionality or accuracy • Android security policy changes that affect mock location features • Device incompatibility issues not reported to support prior to refund request • Dissatisfaction with the daily usage limits of the free tier • Violation of the Terms of Service

6. Technical Support If the App is not working properly on your device: • Contact support first: akillisletme@gmail.com • Include your device model, Android version, and a description of the issue • We will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues

7. Contact For questions about this policy: akillisletme@gmail.com For Google Play refund procedures: Google Play Help Center (https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637)

— Change Note (August 2, 2026): The page was brought in line with the App's paid tiers. The statement that the App is entirely free with no in-app purchases was removed; the monthly subscription, annual subscription, and lifetime one-time purchase plans, along with the free tier's daily usage limits, are now described. A separate section states that the lifetime plan is not a subscription and that its refund regime differs from that of subscriptions. The App was renamed from "Location Simulator – Mock GPS" to "Map Tools: Fake GPS & Trails"; all references in this document were updated. Page URLs are unchanged.
