Location Simulator – Mock GPS User Consent Declaration

PLEASE READ THIS CONSENT DECLARATION CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE APP.

By accepting this declaration and using this App, I ("the User"), of my own free will, voluntarily and with full knowledge of its contents, declare the following:

1. TECHNICAL INFORMATION I acknowledge and confirm: • This App modifies the GPS location reported by my device using Android's official Mock Location API • Enabling Developer Options and selecting this app as the mock location provider is required for the App to function • While mock location is active, ALL location-dependent apps on my device will receive simulated coordinates • Some apps employ mock location detection mechanisms and may take automatic actions including but not limited to warnings, restrictions, or account termination • The developer has no control over how other apps respond to detected mock locations

2. RISK DISCLOSURE AND ACCEPTANCE I fully understand and voluntarily assume the following risks: • Using mock locations in certain apps may violate those apps' terms of service and may result in account bans, suspensions, data loss, or permanent account termination • If I use mock locations for illegal purposes, I may face legal consequences under the laws of my jurisdiction • Mock locations may affect emergency services, navigation, and safety-critical applications • Changes in Android operating system updates may affect mock location functionality without prior notice • The responsibility for understanding and complying with the terms of service of ALL apps and services I use on my device rests solely and exclusively with me • I have independently evaluated these risks and choose to proceed with full awareness

3. RESPONSIBLE USE COMMITMENT I commit to the following: • I will use this App only for legitimate purposes including software testing, development, quality assurance, privacy protection, and educational purposes • I will NOT use this App for cheating in games, fraud, deceiving service providers, stalking, harassment, or any illegal activity • I accept full and exclusive responsibility for all consequences arising from my use of this App • I will disable mock locations when not actively testing or developing • I will not hold the developer responsible for any consequences arising from my use or misuse of the App

4. DATA PROCESSING CONSENT I consent to the following minimal data processing: • Storage of my mock location coordinates, favorite locations, and app preferences locally on my device only • Use of my device's location permission solely to initialize the map view at my current location • Firebase Remote Config checking the app version for update notifications (no personal data transmitted) • Google Maps SDK displaying map tiles (subject to Google's Privacy Policy)

I understand: • No personal data is collected, stored on servers, or transmitted to the developer • I can delete all locally stored data at any time by clearing app data or uninstalling the app • I can revoke location permission at any time through Android Settings

5. LEGAL CAPACITY AND AGE VERIFICATION • I confirm that I am at least 18 years old, or at least 13 years old with verifiable parental or guardian consent • I confirm that I have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement • I confirm that I am entering into this agreement voluntarily and without any coercion

6. RELEASE OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, I release, discharge, and hold harmless the developer (Abdulkadir ER) from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to my use of this App, including but not limited to: • Penalties imposed by third-party apps or services • Legal proceedings initiated by any party • Loss of data, accounts, or access to services • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

7. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS I confirm: • I have read and understood the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, KVKK Disclosure Notice, and Acceptable Use Policy • I agree to be bound by all of these documents in their entirety • I understand that these terms may be updated and that continued use constitutes acceptance
