2. Acceptable Uses This App may be used for the following purposes:

FRAUD AND DECEPTION • Falsifying location for employment tracking, attendance, or workforce management apps • Manipulating clock-in, attendance, or presence verification systems • Deceiving delivery, logistics, or ride-sharing platforms • Creating false location evidence, alibis, or proof of presence • Insurance fraud or falsifying location-based claims • Deceiving dating apps about your location • Manipulating location-based pricing or availability

ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES • Stalking, harassing, or intimidating any person • Circumventing legally mandated geographic restrictions • Evading law enforcement or court-ordered location monitoring • Violating probation, parole, or court-ordered conditions • Any activity that violates local, national, or international laws • Interfering with emergency services or E112 location reporting

TERMS OF SERVICE VIOLATIONS • Violating the terms of service of any third-party app or platform • Circumventing location verification systems designed for security or compliance • Any use that would cause the developer to violate any law or regulation

4. User Responsibility • The responsibility for determining whether your use complies with all applicable laws and third-party terms of service rests entirely with you • The developer does not monitor, control, or endorse any particular use of the App • The presence of any feature in the App does not constitute permission or encouragement to use it for prohibited purposes • Ignorance of applicable laws or third-party terms does not excuse prohibited use

5. Consequences of Misuse • The developer is not responsible for any consequences arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to account bans, service suspensions, legal proceedings, fines, or other adverse outcomes • Other apps and services can detect mock locations and may ban, suspend, or restrict your accounts at their own discretion • You may face legal or criminal consequences for illegal use • The developer reserves the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue the App at any time

7. Indemnification You agree to indemnify the developer against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of this Policy.

9. Governing Law This Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
