Location Simulator – Mock GPS Acceptable Use Policy Last Updated: June 21, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs the use of Location Simulator – Mock GPS ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to comply with this Policy. Violation of this Policy may result in termination of access.

1. Purpose Statement Location Simulator – Mock GPS is designed as a legitimate developer tool that uses Android's official Mock Location API for testing location-based applications and protecting user privacy. The developer is committed to responsible technology use and preventing misuse.

Responsible-Use Clause: This app may not be used for fraud, impersonation, misleading others, creating false evidence, bypassing security systems, evading legal obligations, or any activity that may harm other people, services, or organizations. Users are solely responsible for how they use simulated location and edited metadata. For a detailed list of prohibited uses, see Section 3 below.

2. Acceptable Uses This App may be used for the following purposes:

SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT AND TESTING • Testing location features in apps you develop or maintain • Debugging geolocation-related issues • Simulating user location journeys for quality assurance testing • Demonstrating location features in presentations without requiring physical travel • Automated testing of location-sensitive app features • Testing geofencing implementations

PRIVACY PROTECTION • Preventing apps from tracking your real location when privacy is desired • Protecting personal location data from unnecessary collection • Maintaining location privacy when using location-sensitive services • Exercising your right to privacy in digital spaces

EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES • Learning about GPS technology and location services • Understanding how mock location APIs work on Android • Academic research on geolocation systems and limitations • Teaching and demonstration in educational settings

3. Unacceptable Uses The following uses are strictly prohibited. You agree NOT to use this App for:

GAME VIOLATIONS • Cheating in location-based games (including but not limited to Pokémon GO, Ingress, Monster Hunter Now, or similar games) • Gaining unfair competitive advantage through simulated location • Automating gameplay or progression using mock locations • Circumventing game anti-cheat mechanisms

FRAUD AND DECEPTION • Falsifying location for employment tracking, attendance, or workforce management apps • Manipulating clock-in, attendance, or presence verification systems • Deceiving delivery, logistics, or ride-sharing platforms • Creating false location evidence, alibis, or proof of presence • Insurance fraud or falsifying location-based claims • Deceiving dating apps about your location • Manipulating location-based pricing or availability • Using the Photo GPS Editor feature to forge photographic metadata (EXIF data) for legal proceedings, court evidence, official documents, insurance claims, or any fraudulent representation is strictly prohibited. The metadata editor is provided solely for personal privacy, archiving, and development testing purposes.

ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES • Stalking, harassing, or intimidating any person • Circumventing legally mandated geographic restrictions • Evading law enforcement or court-ordered location monitoring • Violating probation, parole, or court-ordered conditions • Any activity that violates local, national, or international laws • Interfering with emergency services or E112 location reporting

TERMS OF SERVICE VIOLATIONS • Violating the terms of service of any third-party app or platform • Circumventing location verification systems designed for security or compliance • Any use that would cause the developer to violate any law or regulation

4. User Responsibility • The responsibility for determining whether your use complies with all applicable laws and third-party terms of service rests entirely with you • The developer does not monitor, control, or endorse any particular use of the App • The presence of any feature in the App does not constitute permission or encouragement to use it for prohibited purposes • Ignorance of applicable laws or third-party terms does not excuse prohibited use

5. Consequences of Misuse • The developer is not responsible for any consequences arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to account bans, service suspensions, legal proceedings, fines, or other adverse outcomes • Other apps and services can detect mock locations and may ban, suspend, or restrict your accounts at their own discretion • You may face legal or criminal consequences for illegal use • The developer reserves the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue the App at any time

7. Indemnification You agree to indemnify the developer against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of this Policy.

8. Policy Updates We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updates.

9. Measurement & Calculation Tools — Disclaimer The measurement and calculation tools — including the Ruler (distance), Area, Circle, Compass, Sun & Sun Path, and Cooldown — are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. All values are estimates and may be inaccurate or vary depending on map data, device sensors, GPS accuracy, sensor calibration, and environmental conditions. These tools are provided "AS IS", without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are solely responsible for any decision or action you take based on these values. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer (Abdulkadir ER) shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or cost arising from the use of, or reliance on, these tools. The Compass may be affected by magnetic interference and must not be used for navigation or safety; the Cooldown is only an estimated waiting time and is no guarantee against account restrictions or bans; the Ruler, Area, and Circle results are approximate and must not be used for legal, surveying, construction, or official purposes.

10. Photo GPS Editor — Disclaimer The Photo GPS Editor lets you view, edit, or add the location metadata (EXIF) of your own photos. You are solely responsible for the photos you edit and how you use them. You must not use edited photos for fraudulent, illegal, deceptive, or rights-infringing purposes. The developer accepts no liability for any misuse.

11. Use of Mock Location — Disclaimer This app simulates GPS locations using Android's built-in mock location developer feature. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any third-party app, game, or service you use it with, and with all applicable laws. The developer is not responsible for any account action, ban, loss, or consequence resulting from your use of mock locations.

12. Governing Law This Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
