These Terms govern the relationship between you and Abdulkadir ER ("we") regarding KPSS Konu & Soru: Öğren ("App"). By downloading or using the App you accept these Terms.

1. The Service The App offers topic lessons, a topic-based question bank, mock exams, mistake and favorite tracking, study statistics and similar study tools for KPSS candidates. Content is updated from time to time.

2. No Affiliation with Official Bodies The App is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to ÖSYM, the Ministry of National Education or any public authority. Questions are original questions written in the style of ÖSYM exams; they are not official exam questions. Always rely on ÖSYM's official announcements for exam dates, applications and scoring.

3. Accuracy and No Guarantee of Results We work to keep content accurate and up to date; you can report errors with the in-app "Report" button. Content may still contain mistakes, and legislative changes may be reflected with a delay. Using the App does not guarantee any exam score, ranking or appointment.

4. Account The App can be used anonymously. You may optionally sign in with Google, Apple or email. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You can delete your account in the App at any time (Account and Data Deletion). The App is intended for users aged 18 and over.

5. Free Content and Premium Subscription Part of each subject (the first topics and the first mock exam) is free. Other content requires an auto-renewing Premium subscription purchased through Google Play or the App Store; the price is shown by the store on the purchase screen. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. See Subscription and Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable Use You agree not to bulk copy, reproduce, sell or republish the content; reverse engineer or modify the App or try to access paid content without authorization; overload or attack our servers; or post abuse, spam or other people's personal data in question reports. We may restrict access or close accounts that violate these rules.

7. Intellectual Property The software, design, mascot, questions, explanations and lessons belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. You receive a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable and non-exclusive licence to use them for studying.

8. Changes to the Service We may change, improve or remove features and content, including the balance between free and paid content. Updates may be required for security or compatibility.

9. Limitation of Liability The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

10. Privacy See the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts have jurisdiction.
