KPSS Sayaç Terms of Service Last updated: October 1, 2026

These Terms govern the relationship between KPSS Sayaç ("the App") and Abdulkadir ER ("we"). By downloading or using the App you accept these Terms.

1. The Service

The App shows the time left until the Turkish KPSS exam in the app and in a home-screen / lock-screen widget (the undergraduate, associate and high-school levels); the widget appearance can be customised and a daily motivational quote is shown. The App is free and contains no in-app purchases, subscriptions or advertising.

2. Account and Data

The App requires no account and collects no personal data. Your preferences are stored only on your device (see the Privacy Policy).

3. Exam Dates and Disclaimer

Exam dates and times are taken from ÖSYM's official announcements and refreshed through app updates. No date is guessed when none has been announced. Dates may still change or the App may be out of date; always refer to ÖSYM's official pages for binding information. We accept no liability for decisions (registration, exam-day planning, etc.) made on the basis of information in the App.

4. Not an Official App

KPSS Sayaç is an independent app not affiliated with ÖSYM or any other public body. The name KPSS is used to identify the exam; trademarks belong to their owners.

5. Intellectual Property

The App's design, icons, owl mascot and texts belong to us and may not be copied, distributed or modified beyond personal use. The photo you choose as the widget background remains yours; the App claims no rights to it.

6. Acceptable Use

Reverse engineering, attempting to obtain the source code, or using the App for unlawful purposes is prohibited.

7. Changes to or Termination of the Service

We may update the App, add or remove features, or withdraw it from the stores without prior notice.

8. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device.

9. Changes to These Terms

If these Terms change, the date on this page is updated. Continued use means you accept the current Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
