DiceX Terms of Service Last updated: October 10, 2026

These Terms govern the relationship between DiceX ("App") and Abdulkadir ER ("we"). By downloading or using the App you accept these Terms.

1. The Service

The App offers physics-based 3D dice rolling, dice games against AI or friends, a decision die, a two-player Online Duel, a level and achievement system, and table and dice looks unlocked with coins. The App is for entertainment only.

2. No Gambling or Betting

The App involves no betting with real money or anything of value, no prizes, and coins cannot be cashed out. Dice results are random; in Online Duel results are determined fairly with input from both players.

3. Coins

Coins are a virtual unit earned by playing or available for purchase in the App. Coins: • Can only be used to unlock table and dice looks in the App • Have no real-money value, cannot be exchanged for money or other products, and cannot be transferred to other users • Do not expire • Are stored only on your device; make sure your device backup is on before uninstalling. Deleted coins cannot be restored.

4. DiceX Club Subscription

DiceX Club is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through Google Play or the App Store. The price is shown by the store on the purchase screen. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Club benefits are listed on the purchase screen and may change over time. Cancellation, renewal and refund terms are described in the Subscription, Coins and Refund Policy.

For purchases made through the App Store, Apple's Standard License Agreement (EULA) also applies.

5. Online Duel and Conduct

When using Online Duel you agree not to: • Use a nickname that is insulting, hateful, obscene or impersonates someone • Share personal information (phone, address, etc.) about yourself or others in a nickname • Cheat by modifying the App or using automated tools, overload the servers or attempt to bypass security

We may restrict access to Online Duel in case of violations.

6. Intellectual Property

The App's software, design, graphics and sounds are owned by or licensed to us. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reverse engineering, modifying the App or attempting unauthorised access to paid content is prohibited.

7. Changes to the Service

We may change, improve or remove features, game modes, prices of looks or Online Duel. Online Duel requires an internet connection and third-party infrastructure and is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

9. Privacy

How your data is processed is explained in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
