DiceX Subscription, Coins and Refund Policy Last updated: October 10, 2026
1. Free Use
All DiceX game modes and Online Duel are free. Table and dice looks can be unlocked with coins earned by playing. Purchases are optional.
2. Coin Packs
Coin packs are one-time (consumable) purchases. Purchased coins are added to your wallet as soon as payment is confirmed and do not expire. Your first coin purchase on a device may include bonus coins as shown on the purchase screen.
Coins are stored on your device. Consumable products are not restored by the stores: if you uninstall the App or change devices with your device backup turned off, your coins cannot be recovered.
3. DiceX Club Subscription
DiceX Club is an auto-renewing subscription with monthly and yearly options. Members receive the benefits listed on the purchase screen (e.g. all table and dice looks, Club-exclusive looks, double daily rewards, regular coin gifts, a Club badge in duels). The current price and period are shown by Google Play or the App Store on the purchase screen.
When the subscription ends, content unlocked through the Club and Club-exclusive content is locked again. Looks bought with coins, content unlocked by playing and your coin balance remain.
4. Payment
Payment is charged to your Google Play or App Store account when you confirm the purchase. Your card and payment details never reach us.
5. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation
The subscription renews automatically for the same period at the current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. To cancel: • Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions • iPhone/iPad: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
After cancelling, Club benefits continue until the end of the paid period. Uninstalling the App does not cancel the subscription.
6. Refunds
Because purchases are made through Google Play and the App Store, refund requests are handled under the store's own policy: • Google Play: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637 • App Store: https://reportaproblem.apple.com
The store decides on refunds. Coins from a refunded coin pack and the benefits of a refunded subscription may be revoked. For help with your request, email akeproject.0@gmail.com with your Support ID from Settings.
7. Restoring Purchases
On a new device, use "Restore purchases" on the Club screen with the same Google/Apple account to regain access to an active subscription. Coin packs are consumable and are not restored.
8. Consumer Rights
Under EU and Turkish consumer law, the right of withdrawal may not apply to digital content delivered immediately, provided you consent to immediate delivery at the time of purchase. This does not affect the stores' refund policies or your other statutory rights.
