KVKK Disclosure (Turkish Data Protection Law)

This notice is provided under Article 10 of KVKK for the LGS Sayaç app ("the App").

1. Data Controller

2. No Personal Data Is Processed

The App does not collect, store, transfer or otherwise process any of your personal data. There is no account, sign-in, internet connection, advertising, analytics or crash reporting.

The exam level you select, your widget appearance preferences and the photo you choose as the widget background are stored only on your device and never reach us or any third party. Because this data never leaves your device, it is not personal data processed by us within the meaning of KVKK.

3. When You Contact Us

If you e-mail us, your e-mail address and the content of your message are processed solely to answer your request, on the legal bases of Article 5/2-c (performance of a contract) and Article 5/2-f (legitimate interest) of KVKK; they are not shared with third parties and are deleted within a reasonable time after the request is resolved.

4. International Transfer

The App transfers no data. E-mail correspondence may reside on the servers of the e-mail provider you use.

5. Your Rights under Article 11 of KVKK

To learn whether your personal data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, and to exercise your other rights under KVKK, write to akeproject.0@gmail.com. Requests are answered within 30 days at the latest.

If this notice changes, the date on this page is updated.
