DiceX Information Notice under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) Last updated: October 10, 2026
This notice is provided under Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") regarding personal data processed through the DiceX application ("App").
1. Data Controller

2. Personal Data Processed
• Identity: nickname and avatar you enter for Online Duel • Customer transactions: purchased products, purchase date, price and currency, store transaction ID, Club membership status • Transaction security: anonymous user ID (uid), RevenueCat anonymous ID, duel room and match records • Device and technical: Firebase installation ID, platform, app version, language, country derived from IP address
Your progress, coins, settings and roll history are kept only on your device and are not processed by the data controller. No special categories of personal data are processed.
3. Purposes
• Running the App and Online Duel • Verifying purchases and providing Club membership and coins • Answering support requests • Ensuring information security and preventing abuse • Meeting legal obligations
4. Legal Grounds (KVKK Art. 5)
• Performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c): Online Duel, purchases and Club membership • Legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f): security, cheat prevention, support • Legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç) and establishing, exercising or defending a right (Art. 5/2-e): keeping purchase records
5. Collection Method
Data is collected electronically through the App: from information you enter, from Google Play and the App Store (purchase verification), and from technical data automatically collected by the Firebase and RevenueCat SDKs.
6. Transfers and International Transfers
Your data is shared with our hosting and technical service providers Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited (Firebase; database in Belgium) and RevenueCat, Inc. (USA). These transfers are made under KVKK Art. 9 within the framework of the providers' standard contractual clauses. Purchase information is shared with Google Play and Apple for verification. Your nickname, avatar and looks are shown to your opponent during a duel. Data may be disclosed to competent authorities where legally required. Your data is not sold or shared for advertising.
7. Retention
Duel records are kept until your request or periodic clean-up; purchase records for the periods required by law and for restoring purchases; technical logs according to the providers' retention periods. Data is then deleted or anonymised.
8. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)
You may learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction, request deletion under Art. 7, request that third parties be notified of corrections and deletions, object to adverse results from automated analysis and claim compensation for unlawful processing.
